Enrolled Families

Enrolled Families can login to your account to:

1) Pay balance by June 1
2) Complete student profile by June 1
3) Submit travel information by June 1 (if requiring airport transportation)

Health Forms

- Medical History Forms: Due within 4 weeks of registration
- Physical Examination Form: Due no earlier than February 1 and no later than June 1

Signature Forms

- Program Enrollment Terms: Due February 1 - June 1
