Volunteer Information

We are looking for volunteers to help out with our Earth Day event on the front lawn in several ways, so if you are interested, please see below and respond to the appropriate contact.

Faculty and Staff Volunteers:

We need even MORE volunteers this year than before, because we need 10 volunteers to cover the eWaste program for the entire time, as well as people to help with set-up, the information booth, and break down at the end of the event. We would prefer at least a 2 hour block of volunteering, and the times are as follows:

  • Set-up, front lawn: 8 am – 10 am (need 6 people)
  • Information booth, front lawn: 10 am – 3 pm (need 2 people)
  • Break down, front lawn: 2 pm - 4 pm (need 4 people)

If you are interested in helping with one of these shifts, please contact Dr. Lynn Taylor  (taylorl@centenarycollege.edu) .

Student Volunteers:

Community service help on two different days:

  1. Saturday, April 26th, 2014 - "Earth Day Celebration", from 8 am until 4 pm in various capacities and time blocks, please contact Lynn Taylor at taylorl@centenarycollege.edu if you are interested in this.
