Women's Center - Legal and Mediation Clinic

The Legal Clinic was established by the Women's Center in 1988; the Mediation Clinic was established in 1998. These services provide valuable information to thousands of women and men within the four-county area of Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, and Warren.

Legal Clinic
The Legal Clinic provides one-on-one confidential legal advice to women and men and is available by appointment only.

Mediation Clinic
The Mediation Clinic helps divorcing couples resolve difficult issues in a confidential atmosphere -- without the high cost and conflict of litigation. This clinic is also available by appointment only.

Staff
Thirteen volunteer attorneys in private practice donate their services to the Women's Center to provide information, advice or second opinions.

  • Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury

Fees
A pre-registration fee of $20 is requested per visit. Each individual is limited to two appointments per clinic per year.
