Application Requirements

Centenary College requires all students complete either our secure online application or the Common Application for admission consideration.

In addition to your application, Centenary College will also need:

1. Your official high school transcript and SAT/ACT scores. 
2. A 250 word essay is required on the topic of "How Centenary Can Help You Achieve Your Educational Goals And Objectives"
3. A teacher recommendation. (Download a copy of our Teacher Recommendation Form).
4. An Application Fee of $30 OR official Fee Waiver issued by your High School.  Both College Board and NACAC Fee Waivers are acceptable.

Admission Decisions

Centenary College offers both Early Action and Rolling Admission processes for students applying for fall admission.

Early Action

Early Action Deadline: extended to November 30th.

Students interested in receiving an early admission to Centenary College can choose to apply for ‘Early Action’  by indicating so on either their Common Application or Centenary On-line Application.  All materials are due to the Office of Admissions by November 15th.  Admission decisions will be released beginning December 1st.  Early Action is a non-binding agreement.  For more information on binding versus non-binding agreements visit the College Board website at : http://professionals.collegeboard.com/guidance/applications/early

Rolling Admission

Rolling admission is available for students applying for the fall semester beginning December 1st.  All applications are evaluated on a rolling basis once all documents have been received.  Decisions are typically released within 7-10 business days.  To check on the status of your application, please contact the Admissions Office at 1-800-236-8679.
