Centenary's major in Theater Arts offers students the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree along with professional training in theater arts, design and theater management. Students graduate uniquely prepared for careers in the theater industry. Acting studies are combined with a broad based liberal arts curriculum.
The Theatre Arts major offers students the opportunity to develop their skills in a professional environment. Centenary is the home of Centenary Stage Company, a professional equity theater currently in its 16th year. It is managed under Carl Wallnau, artistic director for the past 20 years, and current Department Chairman for the Communication and Fine Arts department.
