Payment Plan A. |
Minimum payment of 1/2 full cost of tuition at the time of registration, plus the $15 installment fee, submitted with the registration form. The second installment is due by the date found on the registration form. If the second installment is not received within 10 days of the due date listed on the registration form, a late payment fee of $15 will be added. An additional late fee of $10 will be added every 30 days until the account is paid. (Maximum late fee is $45) |
Employer Contributions or Direct Payment Employee Tuition Assistance. |
Centenary College welcomes Direct Payment employee tuition assistance plans. The employer's voucher, purchase order number, or check must accompany the student's registration.
Tuition and fees must be paid at or before registration unless alternate payment plans have been approved by the Bursar's Office.
Failure to clear up your bill with the Business Office may result in automatic withdrawal from courses. If any balance is still remaining at the end of the session or term, all grades, transcripts, and diploma (if applicable) Will be withheld. Registration for a future term may also be denied.

Online Tuition Payment Policy. |
1. The student will be billed via e-mail by the Bursar 10 business days prior to the start of each class (not including Orientation week). A business day is defined as Monday through Friday. Payment is expected no later than the Friday preceding the start of each class. |
2. If payment is not received by the close of business on the following Tuesday, the Bursar will send a follow-up e-mail, advising the student that if payment is not received by the close of business that following Friday, then he/she will be denied access to Educator, and may be subject to withdrawal from the program. |

Post-Registration Bill Payment. |
After your initial payment at registration, tuition can be paid online by going to the Bursar page on our web site and selecting the link for online payments using the Sallie Mae Web site.
