Grants and Awards for Traditional Undergraduate Students

In addition to Federal and State financial aid resources and academic scholarships, Centenaty College also offers a number of grants and awards to encourage our undergraduate and transfer students to successfully pursue their academic career.

Phi Theta Kappa

Up to $8,000 may be awarded to entering transfer students with a 3.5 cumulative GPA. To be eligible, the student must have at least 32 credits remaining toward graduation and must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

Transfer Award

Between $3,000 and $10,000 may be awarded to all entering transfer students who have a cumulative 2.5 GPA. To be eligible, the student must have at least 24 credits remaining toward graduation.

Equine Award

Up to $1,000 can be awarded to equine majors and/or team riders. To be eligible, the candidates must be part of the Pony Club or 4-H, or demonstrate leadership ability.

Community Citizenship Grant

Up to $5,000 can be awarded to applicants showing financial need.

Out-of-State Centenary Grant

Up to $2,500 can be awarded to applicants showing financial need and who are non-New Jersey residents. This award can supplement a scholarship award.

Skylands Centenary Grant

Up to $2,500 can be awarded to applicants showing financial need and who reside in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex or Warren Counties. This award can supplement a scholarship award.

EOF Grant

Freshman and sophomores can receive up to $15,000, and juniors and seniors up to $13,500. Requirements are set by NJ EOF and the State of New Jersey. All eligible candidates must be NJ residents for more than one year.
