Payments
The Business Office is on the lower level of the Seay Building. Here college bills are paid and checks cashed. ID cards must be presented when cashing checks.
- Checks for less than $5 or more than $100 will not be cashed.
- A service charge of $15 will be made for any student’s check that is returned for lack of funds.
- Online payments and application fees may be made using the Sallie Mae Web site.
Student IDs
During the first week of the fall and spring semesters, each student must go to the business office to have their college IDs validated. Lost IDs should be reported to the Dean of Students Office. A new ID will be issued by Chartwells Food Service for a fee of $10.
