Each year, Centenary College conducts a day-long community service experience for all incoming students called The Community Plunge.

The Community Plunge allows Centenary students the opportunity to serve those in need through construction projects, food assistance projects, and beautification projects.

During the first week of the fall semester each entering class has a Saturday selected as Community Plunge Day. Freshmen are provided with a list of possible volunteer sites, meals, and transportation. This is a great way to launch a career of service as you begin your college experience.
