How to Contact Technical Support
How Do I Change My Network / Webmail Password?
As a Centenary College Staff, Faculty Member or Student, you have been given a Centenary College Web Mail-based e-mail / network / Blackboard account and log-in, along with the ability to change your password for this account. Keep in mind that your network / Web Mail Username and Password allow you to have access to both Blackboard and Centenary Web Mail (NOTE: for those of you who access CAMS, keep in mind also that although your Username is the same in CAMS, the passwords are entirely different. CAMS passwords are unique and are only changed at the CAMS log-in).
To change your password, you will need to log into Centenary College Web Mail at https://webmail.centenarycollege.edu. NOTE: If you are unable to log into Web Mail because you forgot your password, or it just won't let you in, please contact the Help Desk at 866.527.0398, extension 2362. Follow the voice prompt for log-in problems.
If you are able to log in, and once you are at your Web Mail Inbox, click the "Options" button on the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Click on the thumbnail image below to view an enlarged picture of the step-by-step process to change your password. Special Note: if the image does not open when you click it, right-click the image and select "Open Link in New Window."
Once you finish with all of this, please give the system about 10 to 15 minutes to refresh and update your password.
