- Apply for Admission
In order to be considered for loans, you must submit an application for admission to Centenary College. Please note that you need to be fully accepted.
- Apply for Financial Aid
- Get your PIN
In order to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will first need to obtain a PIN from www.pin.ed.gov. Please remember that both a student and one parent must have a PIN in order to complete the FAFSA.
This is a very important personal identification number that you will need throughout the financial aid process.
Make sure that you follow all signature requirements. Most applications are delayed due to incomplete signatures.
- Fill out the 2006-07 FAFSA Pre-Application Work Sheet..
- Submit the FAFSA
We recommend that you prepare your Federal Income Tax Returns before you complete the FAFSA. Next visit www.FAFSA.ed.gov.
Be sure to include Centenary College and our Title IV institutional code 002599.
- Watch the Mail
You will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the U.S. Department of Education approximately four weeks after submitting the FAFSA.
Review the SAR for accuracy and follow the instructions for corrections if there is an error. If you have included Centenary College in the Information Release section of the FAFSA, Centenary will receive a report approximately the same time you receive your SAR.
- Receive Notification of Your Award
Once your file is complete, Centenary College will review your information and send you a financial award letter. Your award letter will outline your total financial aid package.
