The buses of Centenary students doing relief work in New Orleans spent the night in Morristown, TN. The periphery of a snowstorm hitting deeper in the south has resulted in about an inch of snow as of six am.

Departure was delayed about half an hour to permit snow removal. The group left Morristown at about 6:30 am.

The Coach rental company and the bus drivers are the same professionals that we have used for each of the six years of the trip. They have excellent safety records.

It is expected that the trip will soon take the group out of the area of precipitation. If needs be, the drivers are prepared to delay the trip whenever necessary to maintain safety.
