Applications for May 2012 degree are available online

All degree recipients need to apply in order to finalize their transcripts and receive their degree/diploma, even if they do not plan to participate in the commencement ceremony on May 12.

All applicants must meet with their advisor and have their applications reviewed and signed by their advisor before the application may be accepted by the Registrar's office.

Deadline for applications is March 2nd.

Registration and ADD/DROP for all classes in the SP-12 semester will now be processed in the Registrar's office.

Full Time Undergrads must meet with their advisors and obtain their signature on any registrations or add/drop forms before bringing them to the Registrar's office for processing.

Graduate level registration continues as per the information outlined in graduate email sent to all Grad students on 11/3/11

Please note: If someone other than you will be picking up the Regalia Package, a note, specifying the name of the individual who is picking up the package, MUST be sent to your Program Advisor.

IF WE DO NOT HAVE THIS WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM YOU, WE WILL NOT RELEASE THE REGALIA PACKAGE.

Also, you can make alternate procurement arrangements through your Program Advisor.

Full time undergrads must now fill out a paper regisration form, obtain their advisor's signature, and then bring this paper to the registrar's office to be registered.

Please note: If any classes are full, the the Registrar's Office IS NOT able to enter you into the class without written permission/ signature of the head of the department that the full class falls under.

Summer 2011 offering is available for informational purposes only. Registration for Summer 2011 classes will begin the week of April 11, 2011.

Applications for January 2011 degree are available online in the Registrar's forms area, or in the Registrar's office.

You must complete this application to process your degree whether you are planning to walk in the ceremony or not.

Forms must be completed, including advisor's signature, and returned with payment to the Registrar's office by October 1st, 2010.

IMPORTANT - Students must have all credits posted to their Centenary College transcripts to be eligible to walk in the January 8th commencement ceremony.
