EWING, N.J. (September 11, 2010) – The Centenary women’s soccer team battled hard for 90 minutes but were unable to get onto the scoreboard, falling to No. 24 Eastern, 2-0, Saturday at the TCNJ/adidas Classic in Ewing, N.J. After a 2-0 start, the Lady Cyclones have dropped their last three, while Eastern improved to 4-0.

In the 30th minute, after Denti made a nice save on a shot by Kristine Zeiset, Tess Beckwith pounced on the ball and kicked it into the back of the net for the 1-0 lead. In the second half, Ashley Graybill sent a free kick over the head of Denti from 30-yards out to complete the scoring.
