UPDATE: Blackboard Upgrade Issues Resolved

The "Web Security Certificate" errors issue has been resolved in Blackboard. You should now be able to log into Blackboard normally.

If you are still experiencing a similar issue, or are still receiving an "Access Denied" error, you may still need to delete your browsing history on your particular web browser - which includes deleting temporary Internet files, cookies, and history.

Important: with Internet Explorer 8, you need to check the correct boxes to do a complete clearing of the browser history. Please make sure that the box shown below is UNCHECKED when deleting the Browser History! All other boxes should be checked:

[NOTE: Assignment Issue below has been fixed as of 09.03.10 - 4:00pm]

FACULTY ONLY: You may still experience an issue where you are unable to download individual Assignments submitted by students prior to the upgrade (does not affect current or new assignments being uploaded by students). Please refer to the link in the System Announcements section of the Welcome tab in Blackboard for an update on this issue, and how to work through it.
