SIFE Name Change

SIFE is now ENACTUS. SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) has revamped their previous name to ENACTUS. In order to reaffirm the organizations long-standing commitment to using entrepreneurial action as a catalyst for progress, the ENACTUS name was chosen and announced on September 30, 2012. The abbreviated terms of the name are broken down into Entrepreneurial Action Us.

• Entrepreneurial - having the perspective to see an opportunity and talent to create value from that opportunity.
• Action - the willingness to do something and the commitment to see it through even when the outcome is not guaranteed.
• Us - a collection of people who see themselves connected in some important way; individuals that are part of a greater whole.

The rebranded ENACTUS organization will strive in expanding the organizations reach and level of impact throughout the world and its members. With the ever growing 57,000 students, including the Centenary team, ENACTUS continues to empower students in the betterment of people in need.
