Ways to Help Prevent the Flu

  1. WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN – the flu germs can linger on surfaces for up to eight hours
  2. Avoid close contact with sick people – stay home if possible when sick
  3. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue every time you sneeze or cough
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth – if you do - sanitize
  5. Get adequate sleep, manage your stress, be active, eat nutritious food, drink plenty of water and REST.
  6. WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN
