Ways to Help Prevent the Flu
- WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN – the flu germs can linger on surfaces for up to eight hours
- Avoid close contact with sick people – stay home if possible when sick
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue every time you sneeze or cough
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth – if you do - sanitize
- Get adequate sleep, manage your stress, be active, eat nutritious food, drink plenty of water and REST.
- WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN
