Lady Cyclones Fall to William Paterson

Senior Bianca Santulli lead the Lady Cyclones with two shots against William Paterson

WAYNE, N.J. (September 15, 2010) – The Centenary women’s soccer team (2-5) dropped a tough game to William Paterson (3-2-1), 1-0. The loss was the fifth straight for the Lady Cyclones. The Pioneer's lone goal came about eight minutes into the second half when William Paterson’s Sophie Hart-Ruderman scored on the put-back off Michelle Marabondo’s shot.

Senior goalkeeper Ashley Denti (Sergentsville, N.J./Hunterdon Central) tallied seven saves in the loss. Senior forward Bianca Santulli (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) lead the Lady Cyclones with two shots, while senior Jazmine Farrell (Newton, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) and junior Brittany Overland (Andover, N.J./Newton) each registered one shot on goal. William Paterson goalkeeper Alyssa Falduto registered one save in the shutout.

The Lady Cyclones are next in action on Saturday, Sept. 18 when they host Philadelphia Biblical at 1:00PM.
