Delia’s presentation covered the unique properties of brands, and the manner in which successful brands – both business and consumer – successfully permeate customers’ hearts and minds to become their brands of choice. In addition, he discussed the key drivers of all great brands and how they can be applied harder to take a brand to the next level of notoriety and success.  The discussion also covered how to utilize brand touch points to emotionally connect with audiences and positively impact sales growth.  Lastly, Delia identified and focused on brand-building around ideal customers to achieve sustainable growth and higher profit margins.
“This presentation was so informative that it has helped me choose my career path,” says Centenary student Shantise Parker.  “I had been interested in two possible fields, but after Mr. Delia’s talk I am confident that I would like to pursue a career in Marketing. This opportunity was actually life changing and I am thankful for the experience.”
