Centenary College Offers One Stop Enrollment Days for Transfer Students in August

07/15/2013, 12:52 PM

Hackettstown, N.J.– Thinking about transferring to another college? Centenary College is offering One Stop Enrollment Days in August for college transfer students to apply, decide, deposit and register all in the same day.  The College will review students’ academic information and give an immediate decision, in person, as to whether they are accepted for the fall semester. If accepted, students can then make a deposit and register for fall courses.

One Stop Enrollment Days will run from August 12-22, Monday-Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment. Application fees will be waived when applying through this process. Interested applicants are required to bring an unofficial copy of all previous college transcripts, proof of high school graduation, letter of recommendation and a 250-word essay about how a Centenary College education can help them achieve their goals. Applicants can discover the academic offerings at Centenary, tour the campus, learn about residence life and speak with the financial aid staff. Transfer enrollment counselors will help students speed up the admissions process and begin the transition to Centenary College. Scholarships, housing, financial aid and classes are still available.

“Applying and transferring to a new school can be a daunting and overwhelming process,” says Donna Williams, Director of Transfer and Part-Time Enrollment. “Through our One Stop Enrollment Days, we aim to make the process of transferring as smooth and stress-free as possible. At Centenary College, we recognize that there are plenty of students out there who are still searching for the right school. Our One Stop Enrollment Days offer students the opportunity to explore all the facets of Centenary College, and hopefully discover that it is the perfect fit for the remainder of their academic career.”

To schedule a meeting, call 1 (800) 236-8679 or e-mail admissions@centenarycollege.edu.
