Adult and Professional Programs - The CAPS Adjunct Excellence Award

We are taking student nominations for the 2011 recipient of the CAPS Adjunct Excellence Award.  This award is presented annually to a CAPS adjunct instructor who epitomizes the mission, vision, and principles of Centenary College's CAPS program.

The award will be presented to an adjunct who brings not only knowledge and expertise into the classroom, but also passion for the material, respect and care for the students, a patient, and uplifting demeanor, and a genuine love for teaching.  Ultimately, this is an instructor whose students achieve deep learning in a meaningful and relevant fashion. 

Please nominate an instructor by sending an email to Anthony Yacullo at:  yaculloa@centenarycollege.edu which includes:

(a)  the name of the instructor whom you wish to nominate;

(b)  the reason you believe this instructor should receive the award; and

(c)  a brief anecdote illustrating the instructor's possession of the required traits

Nominations should be submitted by June 15, 2011.
