Noodle Tools is a bibliographic citation builder that assists students in creating works cited pages in various styles, including APA and AMA. Each student must create a personal account before using the tool, and a basic understanding of resource types is helpful.

MLA Citation Guide 7th Edition and APA Citation Guide 6th Edition/5th Edition are commonly used style guides. To read the style guide, click its link or save it to your desktop by right-clicking the link and choosing "Save Target As".

Citation Style for Research Papers is an online style guide from Long Island University that provides a color-coded key for each unique part of a citation. Styles include APA, MLA, Turabian, AMA and Chicago.

Purdue OWL is an online writing lab that offers more than 200 free resources, including writing and teaching writing, research, grammar and mechanics, style guides (APA and AMA) and ESL (English as a Second Language).
