Q and A NJ

Taylor Memorial Library participates in Q and A NJ, an online chat-based reference service that provides one-to-one reference assistance from professional librarians twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Professional librarians respond to patron queries in real time, and, if an email address is provided, the patron receives a transcript at the end of the session. Click the Q and A NJ logo to start.
