The only Miss New Jersey ever to attain the Miss American title, Mrs. Moore, a former resident of Hackettstown, accepted none of the many glamorous gifts that were bestowed upon her when at sixteen she was crowned Miss America. Nor did she take advantage of opportunities that were offered to her, because of her title. Now a resident of Greenwich, Conn., she is the proud mother of five month old baby.
