Technology Setup Request Form

This form is to be used when requesting technology or support for College events.  This form should be submitted as far in advance as possible to ensure that the event requirements may be met.  Events taking place outside of normal business hours may not be able to be accommodated.  Users should provide their own laptop for events.  Please call the Centenary College Helpdesk at 908-852-1400 x2000 for any additional information or questions.

***Effective immediately*** any requests for technology that are not scheduled at least 1 week in advance that require setup after 5:00 pm weekdays or anytime on weekends will be charged a $50/hour fee for IT services.
