How To Get Help

The Centenary Help Desk is here to help Students, Faculty, Staff and other members of the Centenary Community solve any technology problem they might encounter at the college. Be it a question related to the Telphone system, the Centenary laptop iniative, the internet in general, or any of the multimedia equiped classrooms we are here to help.

All multimedia classrooms are equiped with a telephone in the front of the room. If at any time during class, there is any kind of problem with the equipment. Please do not hesitate to call the helpdesk imediately at x2362. If for some reason we are unable answer the call and you reach the voicemail message, please dial the operator at front desk to have the support represenative on duty notified. In class issues are our #1 priority.

• Call the Blackboard helpdesk at (866) 527-0398 or the Centenary helpdesk at (908) 852-1400, extension 2362.
• Visit our office on the 2nd floor of Seay. We are in the center section of the building above the cafateria.
