How To Get Help from ITS

The Centenary Help Desk is here to help Students, Faculty, Staff and other members of the Centenary Community solve any technology problem they might encounter at the college. Be it a question related to the Telephone system, the Centenary laptop initiative, the Internet in general, or any of the multimedia equipped classrooms we are here to help.

All multimedia classrooms are equipped with a telephone in the front of the room. If at any time during class, there is any kind of problem with the equipment. Please do not hesitate to call the helpdesk immediately at x2000. If for some reason we are unable answer the call and you reach the voicemail message, please dial the operator at front desk to have the support representative on duty notified. In class issues are our #1 priority.

If you are experiencing a non-classroom emergency, you have a number of support options.

  • Email the support staff at helpdesk@centenarycollege.edu.
  • Call the Centenary College helpdesk at (866) 527-0398 or (908) 852-1400, extension 2000.
  • Visit our office on the 2nd floor of Seay. We are in the center section of the building.
