Campus Printing Guidelines

1) Printer Station Locations and Hours

The printing station in the library and the HUB are available during the library’s and HUB’s normal operating hours. The library hours are posted on the library’s web page and the HUB hours are posted on the HUB’s web page.
If you need to contact the library or HUB about printing, the Library's phone number is 908-852-1400 x2345 and the HUB's is x2246.

2) Conservation Statement

Please be moderate in your printing habits. The printing process has both an economic as well as an ecological impact. Printing should be limited to school projects only.

3) Legal Statement

Students are expected to follow the law when printing materials. There are federal and state laws that proscribe printing of some pornographic materials. Students must also be mindful of copyright and trademark laws when printing materials from the Internet.

Some materials, while not illegal, may be offensive to others. Please be mindful and respectful of the sensibilities of others. Remember, the material coming through a public printer is viewed by others

We will be monitoring printing for inappropriate use.

4) Retention Duration

The printing station will retain materials for 24 hours. If you are not able to retrieve your printed materials and wish to have them held for a longer duration, please call the Library at 908-852-1400 x2345 or the HUB at 908-852-1400 x2246.

5) Privacy

Your privacy cannot be guaranteed when you print to a public printer. Others may view the materials you print.
