Fall 2014 - Traditional Full-Time Undergraduate Payment Deadlines.

  • August 1, 2014 for students registering April 14, 2014 through July 15, 2014
  • August 15, 2014 for students registering July 16, 2014 through August 1, 2014
  • September 9, 2014 for students registering August 2, 2014 through August 27, 2014 (Payment in full will be required immediately for any registration or schedule changes made after August 27, 2014.)

Please Note:  Corresponding deadlines for future semesters will be posted at a later date on the “Tuition & Billing” page on the College’s website, www.centenarycollege.edu.

Billing Notifications:

New students, for their first semester, will receive an initial paper bill.  Subsequent bills will be available electronically (ebill) through the student’s my.Centenary account.

Returning Students, Ebills for returning students, who have registered by June 15, 2014, will be available to view June 16, 2014.  Returning students who register after June 15 will be able to view their ebills immediately after completing their registrations.

Students who will be residing on campus and have been assigned a room will see their housing (Room & Board) costs as part of their billing ledger.  If a student who has indicated they will be residing on campus and does not see housing as part of their bill, please contact the Residence Life Office.

Thereafter, email notifications will be sent, to the student’s Centenary College email address, for any adjustment to a student’s account due changes to a student’s schedule, financial aid and/or housing assignments.  Once the semester begins, monthly reminders, via email, will be sent requesting the student to review his/her account for any adjustments.

For instructions on how to access an ebill, please visit www.centenarycollege.edu/ebilling.

Students using financial aid to pay all or a portion of their bill should review their awards online through NetPartner at www.centenarycollege.edu/cms/en/financial-aid/netpartner-aid-online.

Failure to make on time payment may result in late fee of $100 (for each deadline missed), a registration hold (which will prevent any schedule changes and changes to residence hall room selection) and a hold on grades, transcripts, and diploma.  These consequences will also affect students who receive financial aid, but who fail to submit missing documentation requested by the Financial Aid Office by September 15 or within 30 days of notification from the Financial Aid Office of the missing documents. Notification of a hold(s) will appear on the student’s my.Centenary account. Exceptions can only be granted by the Bursar’s Office prior to the payment deadline.

If you have questions about how to meet your payment obligations, please speak with our Financial Aid staff.

Important Note:

For returning students, who will not be attending the fall semester, they must submit a Withdrawal/Leave of Absence form to the Student Life Office and new students must submit a cancellation notification to the Admissions Office no later than August 26, 2014.

For returning and new students, who do not complete the proper forms by the deadline, they will still be responsible for the costs of the semester, regardless of whether or not they attend any classes.

The following actions do not constitute appropriate notification of withdrawal or cancellation: non-payment of tuition & other charges, non-attendance in classes or notification to an instructor.

A student who fails to withdraw or cancel officially waives the right to consideration for any refunds based upon the official withdrawal or cancellation.
