General Application Instructions

For positions with instructions for a "General Application":

  1. Download the General Application Form

  2. Carefully read the linked job description(s) for the position(s) for which you intend to apply and also the FAQ

  3. Complete the form and submit it to the listed supervisor (see e-mail address within job descriptions) with the position title and department in the subject line as in the following example: "Application: Office Assistant, Admissions Dept."

  4. You must send the e-mail from your Centenary College e-mail account.

  5. Attach any other documents requested in application instructions.


  • Positions will be removed from current openings as they are filled
  • New positions will be listed as they become available
  • New hires CANNOT be hired without an application on file
  • All students, including re-hires MUST re-submit all student employment paperwork in the Career Center prior to starting work

Hiring Paperwork Information

  • If you have been offered a job, you can complete your hiring paperwork in the Career Center (now next to the SAC), 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. We advise that you call (x2394) beforehand to ensure a staff member is present to help you. Staff generally take a lunch break from 12-1 PM.
