Job Description: The students will be responsible for setting up, and breaking down for the game day operations. In addition they will be able to mop mats and have addition manager duties.

Job Description:
The Centenary Phonathon is held each Fall in October/November and in the Spring in March. Student callers are supervised by 2 students who work under the Avancement Director of Annual Giving. Callers contact alumni, friends, and parents via phone calls. The purpose is to thank prior donors for their past support, talk about their Centenary experience, record all information from their conversation and ultimately secure a pledge or credit card gift.

Special Skills Needed:
The ability to call and converse appropriately with alumni, friends, and parents. Callers will serve as a good representative of the College and be able to talk about Centenary and their experience as a student in a positive manner. The ultimate goal is to obtain a monetary pledge in support of the College's annual fund (The Centenary Fund). Prior sales, phonathon, and/or customer service experience in a plus. Accurate and neat recordkeeping skills are required. Confidentiality of all information is essential.
