2009-10 (Sophomore): Finished fifth on the team with 19 victories…went 9-8 in duals action…recorded four major decisions and three pins…three-time placewinner, including two four-place finishes at the Bob Quade Tournament on Dec. 6 and the Ursinus Invitational on Jan. 16…Metropolitan Conference Tournament run ended in the semifinals of wrestlebacks…two-time Cyclone of the Week…ranked fifth at 184 in final d3wrestle.com Metropolitan poll.

2008-09 (Freshman): Tied for fifth on the team with 19 victories...finished 19-14 on the year…took fifth at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational on Nov. 9…also placed fifth at the Springfield College Invitational on Nov. 22.

High School and Personal Data: A four-year member of the wrestling team at Hackettstown High School…a district champ…a two-time Lenape Valley Champion…majoring in Mathematics and Education…has two siblings, Erik and Kelly…son of James and Lindyann Mitchell…born on Nov. 7, 1989.
