2009 (Junior): All-CSAC Second Team…served as co-captain…played in 14 games, starting 10…scored two goals and tallied one assist for three points…took just six shots…ranked 68th nationally and second in the CSAC with 70 groundballs…also recorded 10 caused turnovers, second on the team.

2008 (Sophomore): Played in 15 games, including 12 starts…scored one goal and caused a team-high 14 turnovers…also recorded 44 groundballs…named Second Team All-Conference.

2007 (Freshman): Appeared in eight games and started in seven…recorded 19 groundballs and nine caused turnovers...took two shots.

High School and Personal Data: Played lacrosse at West Islip High School in West Islip, N.Y.…served as team captain…also a member of the soccer team…majoring in History Education…has one sister, Brittany, and one brother, Thomas…son of Edward and Janine Montalvo…born on Aug. 6, 1988.
