Adult Studies Center (ASC)

The Adult Studies Center (ASC) provides tutoring services to all Adult and Professional Programs (APP) students at no cost.

Tutoring may be provided in various forms such as face-to-face meetings or remotely, depending on your situation. The ASC will attempt to have students contacted by a tutor within two working days of your initial email request, pending tutor availability.

The student and the tutor work to set up a mutually agreeable time and place. To maximize a student's learning experience, tutoring sessions are generally limited to just one or two students for no more than two hours per session.

Exceptions to this guideline may be granted with the approval of the ASC Coordinator.
