The ITS Project Management function offers project planning, guidance and frameworks for Centenary College to realize best practices, efficiencies and to utilize a cross-division team approach for a wide range of ITS technology initiatives across the campus.

ITS Project Management is formalizing the process for the college to request new information technology projects and/or services.  This process applies to all information technology projects undertaken by Centenary College.  This will ensure that only those projects that warrant investment are actually undertaken and executed.

Templates

Business Requirements Document (BRD)- The purpose of this document is to provide business analysis of current processes and procedures of Budgeting that may be used to drive future improvements to those processes and procedures

Technology Proposal Review - This template is completed for each new technology proposal as well as significant enhancements to existing solutions.

Risk and Issue Tracking - This template tracks identified risks and issues. As these issues are mitigated, the decisions are added to the Technology Proposal Review Template for the associated project.
