Centenary University is committed to maintaining an academic and workplace environment free from all forms of unlawful sexual or other harassment, discrimination and retaliation in connection with academic and employment practices.

This Policy sets forth the University's zero tolerance for sexual or other unlawful harassment or discrimination or retaliation of any kind whether it be by a faculty member, staff member/employee, student, visitor or third-party transacting business with any member(s) of the University. It is the responsibility of all members of the University community to abide by this Policy.
