Job Description:



Demonstrate excellent selling, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Assist clients with SSL and related needs via phone (outbound calling) and email

Maintain an accurate forecast using CRM tools daily to track and manage business

Build relationships and educate customers within small to medium size market segment

Successfully manage business-to-business inside sales problems of complex scope within product set

Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Achieve performance goals measured by meeting of monthly sales quota goals

Handle of all stages of the sales cycle

Selling to IT influencers, generally mid-to-upper level managers, including C-Level buyers.

Prepare accurate reports on activity and forecast, including long-term.



Requirements:

2 year college degree a must, 4 college degree preferred – outbound/inbound call full cycle sales experience a huge plus.

Dedicated, ethical and determined person with an insatiable desire to learn.

Ability to analyze, assess and address customer\\\\\\\'s needs.

Goal oriented, self-motivated with positive energy and courteous manner at all times.

Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding, fast paced every changing team environment.

Manage client expectations and understand our clients’ businesses.

Effective organizational skills and knowledge of sales automation tools a plus.

Strong phone, written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills.

A strong working knowledge of personal computers, applications, etc. such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software
programs.
