80% of our sales reps have launched from our kick-ass-boot-camp-style sales training program. At any given time, you can take a
look at our leaderboard and see that 9 of our top 10 sales reps are graduates of the program.
This program is about sales fundamentals. Sales, however, is not like other trades that are solely skill based. Instead, we take
a holistic approach in preparing you to become a top sales rep: by teaching tactics for self-growth, ownership of success, and the
skills needed to set and achieve sales goals while maintaining an emphasis on the bigger picture- your career goals.
This is not a place holder job. This is not a “good enough for right now” position. It is intense, and not everyone will make it.
It is not for the faint of heart, or those that allow complacency into their work persona. You will be challenged, you will be
pushed, you will work hard. But if you do, the rewards will be huge.
This is the start to your career, and we don’t take that lightly.
Upon graduation of this program you will be able to:
Sell into Fortune 500-2,000 companies
Prospect and hunt for new business while building out current accounts
Conduct meetings with C-level executives
Pitch Mondo services
Understand the value add method
Control and shorten a sales cycle
Negotiate
Understand and differentiate the needs of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Emerging Market companies while hunting for business
Speak towards client history within an industry specific vertical
Communicate on technology trends and Cloud infrastructure philosophy
Be Seen as a Respected Sales Professional
Uphold and apply business 101 standards in daily practices
Be able to understand and explain a technology org chart
Use trigger events
Apply the WIFFM technique
Build relationships
Exceed metrics
Build a pipeline of business
Activity:
Master client objections and rebuttals through cold calling and emails
Prospect and generate leads by booking meetings for current Account Directors
Activity management
Receive 1 on 1 feedback, training, and advice from our Director of Sales Development
Work closely with sales management as well as Director and Executive level staff
Work in a class with other trainees- attaining personal goals, while striving for team achievement
Continually assess your development
