Title  Account Executive
Description  We provide our sales representatives with a great product to sell, superior training tools, and a sales management system that
supports business development and rewards performance. Unlike other media sales organizations, we don\\\\\\\'t wait for the phone
to ring. We target thousands of local companies with a highly tuned business-category focus. We introduce these companies to our
large demographically-distinct audiences and the power of radio. This job involves more than just selling “spots”. We seek
aggressive and passionate professionals to work with like-minded sales professionals and managers whose sole focus is finding and
closing new business. Because Cumulus has a systems approach to sales, you must have a deep appreciation for process, performance
measurement, employee development, and a results-oriented sales approach.

Responsibilities
-Prospecting / cold calling
-Setting appointments with prospects
-Developing creative client presentations and marketing plans
-Appreciation for process, performance measurement and a results-oriented sales approach
-Increase client base
-Account management
-Achieving a sales quota

Required 
Skills 
-Outgoing, self-motivated, resourceful, organized, with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to be the best
-Capable of initiating and cultivating long-term business relationships
-Strong understanding of lead generation, CRM/SFA and account management
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Superb closing skills
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook / Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Internet)
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-Prior sales background preferred with recognition as a top performer
-Valid driver’s license
