Title  Marketing Coordinator
Description  Marketing Coordinator
A growing Software and consulting services company is seeking a marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate will be high energy, have minimum 2 years of experience,
and the ability to follow tasks and projects through to completion including. Tasks include creating marketing collateral, trade show and travel planning and sales lead
documentation. Candidates should be able to multitask, have strong communication skills and business knowledge including ability to work closely with Marketing
Executive. Marketing and sales awareness through education and/or experience is required.
• Assisting Marketing Executive in coordinating all communication and marketing activities.
• Design and production of a wide range of marketing communications.
• Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral
• Design and implementation of marketing materials.
• Design and execute email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions,
and other marketing plans.
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
• Developing and updating presentations and proposals.
• Writing and maintaining content and providing updates to company website.
• Updating marketing presentations for manager meetings.
• Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
• Providing product positioning materials.
• Being sufficiently knowledgeable about company products and services to develop marketing materials.
• Attending tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events.
• Monitoring online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of a company and competitive information.
• Developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.
• Working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.
• Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.
• Provide support for client projects.
• Internet marketing research
• Maintain Lotus Notes databases
• Office administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, mailing and ordering supplies

Skills and Specifications
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• Effective understanding of latest technologies and identify how to apply them in marketing including publishing software and Photoshop or equivalent.
• Excellent skills in at least one web publishing tool.
• Excellent writing skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
• Be self-motivated, self-directed, confident, energetic, and creative.
• Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
• Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
• Organize and participate in industry trade shows
• Degree in sales administrative or marketing related field preferred.
• Knowledge of networking through LinkedIn and other social media.
