Title  Employment Specialist
Description  Employment Specialist- Job Coach (Warren and Western Morris Counties NJ)
We are seeking an individual with teaching experience to assist individuals with disabilities in learning job skills. Employment Specialists work with newly-employed
individuals to help them learn new job skills and adjust to the work environment. This is a field work position (not an office job) in which staff are "on the road", traveling to
see individuals at their work locations in Warren and western Morris Counties.
Required 
Skills 
We are seeking an energetic professional who understands the employment and training needs of individuals with disabilities and is a well-organized self-starter.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree, excellent computer skills, their own car and two years of social service or teaching/training experience. Bi-lingual
Spanish/English skills are an asset.
