Description  Our Training Program is designed to put you in a position to succeed. On the job, you’ll learn how to run a million-dollar business, maximize profits, and motivate a team
while having fun along the way. We start with orientation and classroom-setting training, and then your hands-on training begins. You'll work with and learn from capable
mentors who were once in your shoes.

By starting in the training program, it allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. During
your first year, you will learn how to build your book of business. You will be trained on how to prospect a candidate and close the deal. There will be ongoing training to
encourage continuous growth and success. Successful completion of the program will result after 12 months, and as you progress, increasingly more opportunities will
become available to you.

Responsibilities:

As a trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business
relationships and maintaining current relationships. You will also learn how to deliver superior customer service and effectively communicate, influence and interact with all
types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management. These skills will provide you with the keys
to success within our industry. Your responsibilities would include:
• Pre-qualifying applicants using various screening tools and techniques.
• Ensuring the administration of pre-employment paperwork and screening requirements.
• Coordinating client interviews.
• Negotiating rates.
• Developing and maintaining a hotlist or pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Orienting applicants regarding Matlen Silver and client policies & procedures.
• Developing relationships with candidates.
Required 
Skills 
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals, who are recent graduates, or about to graduate. It is required that candidates are a commutable distance from
Bridgewater, NJ. There are multiple full time, entry level positions available, with all training done on site.
