Service Delivery Manager is the primary point of entry into the service delivery team for internal and external clients. This position is responsible for the overall quality of
service provided to the client. Detailed defined Benefit plan administration knowledge is required. Incumbent will work independently with general guidance from Service
Delivery VP. Is expected to explore and implement best practices through process improvement, continuously seek process improvement, revenue opportunities and to
strengthen client relationship at all levels of DB plan administration. Acts as mentor to subordinates on the team.

?Have a complete understanding of client contracts and defined benefit plans/programs and can serve as a subject matter expert.
?Have knowledge of SLA requirements and manage day-to-day activities to meet those SLAs, including to interaction and management of all GLO, OCPS and call center
?Understanding of discipline specific best practices, compliance and regulatory requirements.
?Ability to consult with client on product offering and changes, as well as service enhancements.
?Ensure client team adheres to all discipline specific and legislative policies and procedures.
?Seek and implement revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.
?Have knowledge to prepare billing, weekly/monthly reports, resolution of findings from internal/external audits
?Support internal/external audits.
?Resolve client inquiries, escalations.
· Ability to understand and provide instruction/guidance on manual calculations, Intent to retire, estimates, Batch terminations, True Ups, Disability Calculations, QDRO
Calculations, FICA Calculations.

· Management of the data and reporting of all fulfillment packages, FORMRQT, and manual packages.


Minimum 12+ years defined benefits experience (HRBenefits Outsourcing)
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
4 year college degree or equivalent related experience
