| Description | MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Our Store Management Internship Program was designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience of the many facets of wholesale branch operations and lead to our Management Training Program. During your internship, you will gain practical business-to-business and retail experience working in a paint store servicing painters, contractors, and do-it-yourself customers. You will be exposed to sales, customer relations, marketing/merchandising, product knowledge, inventory management, financial reports, accounts receivable, and operations management. Additionally, as an intern, you will complete a special project on a relevant business issue. |

QUALIFICATIONS: -Students enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university, with completion of sophomore year at start of internship -General business, Management, Marketing, Business Finance, or students with a related major are preferred -Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis, without sponsorship or restrictions - Excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, and interest in an active, ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ type of environment are essential -Preference given to candidates with experience in sales, customer service, food service, or construction |
