Job Responsibilities
May perform one or more of the following duties:

?Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
?Assists in budget preparation and control activities.
?Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
?Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
?Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
? All other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities
?Handles Leaves of Absence for major client.
?Directly interact with customers via telephone phone and email.

Essential Skills/Knowledge
?Excellent writing and communication skills (This includes speaking with confidence and being clear and concise when interacting with customers via email or telephone).
?Must have superior organizational and time management skills.
?Previous experience working in a transaction processing environment, a plus
?Computer Proficient –utilize multiple software applications (MS Office Suite
?Case Management experience, a plus but not required
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher, required
