Title  Assets Protection Team Leader
Description  -Are friendly, positive, helpful and team oriented; show respect for all team members and guests; are willing to learn new skills to help the store, the team and themselves
-Own FFF team culture; build the kind of diverse and inclusive team that people want to be on and

-Follow company procedures related to AP best practices, AP directives and handling confidential information; ensure AP team members do the same; partner with
appropriate leadership to address violations
-Drive a safety culture and lead by example; recognize safe behaviors and coach unsafe behaviors, immediately addressing
safety concerns
-Lead store and AP teams in theft and fraud initiatives to reduce shortage
Required 
Skills 
-Flexible work schedule, able to work rotational schedules, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and regular attendance necessary
