| Description | Currently we are looking for responsible, outgoing, energetic and patient instructors who enjoy working with people of all ages. We welcome you to work as little as one shift per week, or full time status if it is available in your area. The pay scale is above average for the industry and ranges from $10-$18 per hour with a bonus. Since 1998 we have specialized in private lessons and teach all year long at 29 indoor, heated locations which are kept at a minimum of 85 degrees. A full list of our locations can be found on our website www.startmakingwaves.com. Requirements: 1. 2 years experience teaching swim lessons, 2 years swim team experience and/or the availability to complete a Making Waves Training Course. 2. Three references, 1 of which must be related to swimming or in the swimming field. 3. Availability to work at Making Waves for one year or more. 4.
