Title	QA Technical Designer/Development Coordinator
Description	Currently Vantage Apparel has an exciting Fulltime Technical Designer/Development Coordinator position available in Avenel, NJ. The successful candidate will evaluate and assess garment specs, fit and construction along with coordinating activities related to new product and new vendor development. The identified individual will attend fittings, manage spec development and pattern grading, generate technical packages, communicate technical changes with factories globally and coordinate product development from design through initial production. Overall QA department administrative role, coordinates and assists with lab testing and analysis.
Required Skills	Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in addition to 2+ years related work experience/training. Strong PC skills are required. Illustrator/InDesign experience a plus.
