| Description | American Athlete Magazine is a new interactive publication for tablets and smart phones that focuses on the inner lives of athletes: mind, body and spirit. Interns are responsible for increasing awareness and participation of the American Athlete brand. Other responsibilities include working with our many media outlets (Website, Facebook, Twitter etc.) to promote the brand. There is no compensation for participating in this part-time opportunity, however you will gain experience promoting an innovative digital sports and fitness magazine. This internship does not require you to come on site, rather work remotely at your own location. We will send custom American Athlete merchandise to be distributed to athletes, coaches, trainers etc. on campus. The position is fun, flexible and doable with a busy academic schedule. |

Proficiency in Word, ability to utilize social media, and access to a camera that can upload to the pictures into an email. |
