To qualify for this position you must have: • 3-5 years experience with HR/Payroll/Benefits related experience • A solid understanding of HR Generalist concepts: Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Policies and Procedures • Experience with HRIS and Payroll software applications • Manufacturing experience and experience Exempt and Non-Exempt job classifications highly desirable • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Bi-Lingual in Spanish |
